it's described as something to use -- something used to make explosives. apparently with that amount of explosives, the atf needs to be called in. they are on their way. we come back out live to upland court. it does look quiet. that's because they are in a holding pattern. police have moved all of the chemicals and we're being told. it's quite a lot of chemicals. in the backyard of this home, railroad tracks. so there's nothing -- they are not concerned about anyone being affected back there. why this person -- or these people had had all of these chemicals, it's still unclear it appears that he was some kind of -- all of these things are considered very dangerous. the neighborhood is evacuated. still in a holding pattern as we wait for the atf to arrive. we're continuing to piece together all of this information. we will keep you updated on "mornings on 2." live in vallejo, claudine wong, ktvu channel 2 news. >> we'll check back for an update. thank you. we'll continue our team coverage of this still developing story for the next 90 minutes. you cans are
